Tasks

Operational

• Gating of optical components for further processing
• Permanent scattering of precast elements
• Compilation of tools for the gating process
• Cleaning the optical components
• Blasting off individual parts and auxiliary pieces
• Faceting final products
• Spot check during the manufacturing process
• Paint stripping of individual parts

General

• Responsible for the on-time and qualitatively successful passage of the product through all processes in cooperation and consultation with the scheduling department
• Active participation in the CIP
• Participation in the solution of production engineering problems
• Clarification of drawing ambiguities with QS

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a precision optician
• Several years of professional experience in the optics industry
• Exact, flexible, independent and efficient way of working as well as high ability to work in a team
• Reliability and sense of responsibility

Desirable

• Experience in the assembly area
• Experience in handling optical measuring instruments:▪ Interferometer (Zygo)▪ White light interferometer (Zygo)▪ Goniometer
• English skills are an advantage
