Tasks
- Market cultivation and customer acquisition
- Support for existing customers
- Elaboration and preparation of offers as well as tracking and follow-up
- Order taking with order entry in the PPS system
- Forwarding and discussion of orders with AVOR
- Communication with customers
- Perform customer visits
- Participation in trade fairs worldwide
- Handling and processing customer complaints
Requirements
- Professional training as a precision optician or a similar, technical profession with several years of professional experience in the optical/fine technical industry
- Professional experience and further training in sales
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working with high ability to work in a team
- Committed and flexible personality with interest in new things
- Very good written and spoken German
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (language level B2)
- other foreign languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- good computer skills in MS-Office
