  • Market cultivation and customer acquisition
  • Support for existing customers
  • Elaboration and preparation of offers as well as tracking and follow-up
  • Order taking with order entry in the PPS system
  • Forwarding and discussion of orders with AVOR
  • Communication with customers
  • Perform customer visits
  • Participation in trade fairs worldwide
  • Handling and processing customer complaints


  • Professional training as a precision optician or a similar, technical profession with several years of professional experience in the optical/fine technical industry
  • Professional experience and further training in sales
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working with high ability to work in a team
  • Committed and flexible personality with interest in new things
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (language level B2)
  • other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • good computer skills in MS-Office
